Then the Pet Shop Boys got their own back on Rick with their cover of Elvis’s Always On My Mind as it prevented not only When I Fall In Love, but The Fairytale Of New York from reaching the apogee.
Thank goodness too, for Michael Jackson’s decision to release I Just Can’t Stop Loving You. Otherwise, Spagna would have a number 1 to her name.
